One of our favourite London restaurants has launched a gourmet advent calendar – and it’s totally indulgent.
In a luxury twist on the traditional countdown to Christmas, the fabulous staff at Hide will personally deliver edible treats to your door every day from December 1 to December 24.
There is also the chance for one lucky customer to win a Hide Golden Ticket prize.
The prize includes an extravagant meal for two at Hide Above, with a bespoke tasting menu and their signature Hedonistic Wine Pairing worth £1,500.
The lucky winner will also enjoy a tour of Hedonism Wines – including their secret cellar – and experience a day with Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous to see what goes on behind the scenes in his Michelin-starred kitchen.
Even if you don’t win the Golden Ticket, the daily deliveries of sweet and savoury delicacies will be out of this world.
Customers can also expect to receive tipples from the bar, Hide Below, as well as luxurious kitchen and homewares exclusive to Hide and their new venture, Hideaway.
To keep the element of surprise, the team at Hide are not revealing exactly what is in the advent calendar.
The only clue is this statement on their website: ‘From a whole truffle one day, to a delicate glass teapot or a delicious roast duck dinner for four the next, treat yourself to four weeks of luxury like never before.’
Hide, at 85 Piccadilly, Mayfair, will deliver the calendar, costing £2,000, to customers who live within a seven mile radius
