Poor quality or a limited amount of sleep on a regular basis is linked to poor immune function.
If you go through a short period of reduced sleep due to work and life demands, but have a healthy immune system then this will not be a problem.

Now, more than ever in our current environment, it is key to use food as a medicine to support all our body systems, including our immune system.
Our bodies need whole-food nutrition and clean water, married in with herbs, spices and herbal teas.
